Gen Garcia has extensive experience in application support, currently serving as a Senior Dynamics GP Application Support Consultant at Professional Advantage since June 2010. With expert-level knowledge of Dynamics GP Core modules, Gen provides day-to-day technical support, manages multiple projects, and integrates third-party solutions into the Microsoft GP platform.
