Melissa Clear has over two decades of experience in consulting and engagement leadership. Since July 2002, Melissa has held the position of Engagement Leader and Consultant at Professional Advantage. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Consultant at William Buck from 2001 to 2002. Melissa's academic background includes education from RMIT University and Tintern.
