Doug Hehn is a seasoned volleyball coach and official with extensive experience in both educational and competitive settings. Currently serving as the Volleyball Head Coach for 8th grade at Valley View Middle School since November 2015, Doug fosters a positive environment that promotes student athlete growth. Additionally, Doug officiates volleyball matches for USA Volleyball and the Professional Association of Volleyball Officials, ensuring adherence to USAV rules and prioritizing player safety. Previous coaching roles include stints as a head coach at Meadowdale High School and Glacier Peak High School. Doug's professional background also features significant contributions to the packaging industry as Founder and Managing Partner of Cascadia Packaging Group, as well as various consulting roles, emphasizing sustainable packaging solutions. Doug holds a BS in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University.
