Milton Jones

Milton Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and implementation roles, currently serving as a UKG Ready Solution Consultant at CORE HCM since March 2023. Prior to this, Milton was a Professional Bowler since January 2021 and held positions including UKG READY Implementation Consultant at PROCare HR and UKG Ready Consultant at FrankCrum. With a solid background in technical support, including roles as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at DocuPhase and Application Support Analyst at Correct Care Solutions, Milton has developed strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Additionally, Milton served in the Army National Guard as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, showcasing leadership and technical expertise. Milton holds an Associate’s Degree in Network and System Administration from ITT Technical Institute and has a diverse educational background.
