Shanndolyn Brown

Shanndolyn Brown has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Support Coordinator at Professional Case Management since August 2017. In addition to this role, Shanndolyn has been a Community Services Provider at Ben Hill Mental Retardation Services since June 2014, focusing on enhancing client independence through logical problem-solving and effective solution implementation. Prior experience includes positions as a Cashier and Delivery Expert at Dominoes Pizza, where effective communication and customer service were paramount, a Secretarial Assistant and Recruiter at Littele Achiever's Daycare and Learning Center, and a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy, where medication management skills were developed. Shanndolyn holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from South Georgia State College.
