Micheal Jones

Micheal Jones has extensive experience in human relations and benefits administration, currently serving as the Human Relations Manager at PCCA since December 2014, where a progressive career includes roles as a Senior Human Relations Specialist, Human Relations Specialist, Senior Benefits Administrator, and Benefits Administrator. In addition to current responsibilities at PCCA, Micheal holds the position of Board Member at the Fort Bend Women’s Center since June 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Benefits Specialist and Wellness Committee Chair at G&A Partners from September 2012 to October 2014, and working as a Participant Services Representative at Mercer from March 2008 to August 2012. Micheal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Cornell University.
