Robert Shoemaker

Robert Shoemaker began their career in 1990 as a Sales IT Liaison at Church Mutual Insurance Company, where they developed a sales and contact tracking program and worked with corporate headquarters to deploy personal computer technology to sales force nationwide. In 1999, they founded Professional Computer Associates, where they served as President CEO. At PCA, they focused on a team approach to tech support and established partnerships with companies like Microsoft, Citrix, Dell, Cisco, Trend Micro, and Barracuda. With a strategic position between Albany and New York City, PCA provided high level support for complex and sophisticated networks.

Robert Shoemaker attended Ferndale High School from 1971 to 1974, graduating with a High School Diploma. Robert then attended Iowa State University from 1975 to 1976. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Cisco (CCNA), Citrix (CNA), and Microsoft (MCSE).
