Bob Glover

Bob Glover is the current President at Professional Computing Resources and previously worked at Koniag Govenment Solutions. Prior to that, they were with Integra from January 1992 to December 2008 where they were the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. In this role, they were responsible for developing, managing and supporting the Integra sales team. Bob was also responsible for developing sales and marketing strategy for new business lines including digital print, fulfillment, electronic document development, on-line ordering, digital asset management and high-end print production. Additionally, they were responsible for building customer service and sales support staff to meet the needs of the expanding client base. Bob's responsibilities also included training, opportunity and funnel management, RFP process management, proposal review, presentation assistance/critique, liaison between sales and all divisions of the company, and extensive field sales support. During their time at Integra, they successfully built gross sales from $5 million in 2001 to $18+ million in 2008. Bob also recruited five of the top grossing sales people from competitors and successfully landed national accounts through account teams focused on providing program vs. project sales. Furthermore, they grew the sales organization from 5 to 12 people and created a software team to develop a proprietary print and fulfillment system – MindWire. Bob managed and directed the team, provided marketing direction and plan, developed product introduction plan and executed with their team. Lastly, they expanded marketing division from one person to five to provide clients with strategic programs including marketing strategy, collateral development and social media programs. This group served as the Marketing Department for 7 clients nationally.
