Todd Foreman

Todd Foreman serves as the Community Employment Program Operations Manager at PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc., overseeing operations in major Texas cities and contributing to a nonprofit that employs individuals with disabilities, including veterans, across a substantial support services contract portfolio. Prior experience includes managing the US Army Exceptional Family Member Program with Strategic Resources, Inc., directing emergency services for the American Red Cross, and holding various leadership roles within the United States Department of Defense and NATO. Todd Foreman is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University, complemented by extensive military training including attendance at the US Army Ranger School.
