Jeff Hunter has a diverse work experience in the administrative and operations fields. Jeff started their career in 1991 as a Senior Collector at Convergent Healthcare and gradually worked their way up to become the Executive VP of Operations. Jeff managed 500 agents across multiple collections centers and was responsible for various client programs. In 1997, they became the Vice President at Convergent Healthcare, where they grew the Seattle office's revenue from $6 million to $29 million and implemented innovative technologies to improve collections processes. From 2009 to 2017, Jeff served as the Sr VP of Operations at Convergent Healthcare and later as the Chief Administrative Officer at Convergent Outsourcing Inc. Jeff directly managed multiple teams and implemented initiatives to increase efficiency and performance. In 2018, Jeff joined ACT Holdings, where they continued to hold the position of Chief Administrative Officer until 2021. During their tenure, they managed various teams and took on budgeting and P&L responsibilities. In 2021, TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. acquired ACT Holdings, and Jeff assisted with the transition of people and processes as the Chief Administrative Officer. In 2023, Jeff joined a professional company as the Chief Administrative Officer.
