Chloe Caldi

Chloe Caldi has a diverse range of work experience. Chloe started their career as a Learning Community Leader at Ohio University, where they taught a class of first-year students and provided guidance on educational and professional opportunities in the field of psychology. Chloe also worked as a Campus Tour Guide at Ohio University, leading tours and showcasing the university's facilities and achievements.

After their time at Ohio University, Chloe joined Expo Experts as a Candidate Development Associate, where they sourced top-tier candidates in engineering, technology, and healthcare fields across multiple markets. Chloe then took on the role of Recruitment Intern, where they communicated with companies in various industries to understand their hiring needs and expand career fair events. Chloe eventually became a Diversity Specialist, working with companies nationwide to hire qualified engineering and technology candidates using a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens.

Currently, Chloe is employed as a Partnership Engagement Liaison at Professional Diversity Network.

Chloe Caldi attended Ohio University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
