David Cortez

Director, Operations & Customer Success at Professional Diversity Network

David Cortez has work experience in two different companies. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Recreational Leader for the Chicago Park District, where they led a soccer camp for young children. From 2012 onwards, they worked at the Professional Diversity Network, initially as an intern and later as a Salesforce Coordinator, Traffic Manager, Compliance Implementation Manager, and finally as a Senior Manager of Operations. At PDN, they were responsible for overseeing client onboarding and implementation, serving as a liaison between clients, tech teams, third-party vendors, and compliance officers.

David Cortez attended Walter Payton College Prep High School from 2005 to 2009 and obtained their High School Diploma. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their higher education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Sociology, Organizational Communication, and Political Science under the College of Liberal Arts & Science.
