Matt Billingslea

Matthew Billingslea serves as the Senior Vice President of Civil Engineering at Professional Engineering Consultants, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Principal Civil Engineer at the same company from February 2011 to January 2023, contributing to a wide range of projects across the nation and globally.
