Matt Bond

Matt Bond, PE, CFM, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Bridge Project Manager at Professional Engineering Consultants since June 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Civil Engineer at MILBURN CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC from March 2023 to May 2023. From April 2006 to March 2023, Matt worked as a Stormwater Engineer for the City of Lawrence, KS, and previously gained experience at KDOT - Bridge Design Section as a Professional Civil Engineer I from July 1991 to April 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas, earned between 1986 and 1991.
