Mike Kelsey

Mike Kelsey is an accomplished civil engineering professional with over three decades of experience at Professional Engineering Consultants, where tenure spans from 1991 to the present. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Principal, Mike has also held the role of Project Engineer within the same firm. Mike Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University, completing studies from 1988 to 1991.
