Andrew Bennetch is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Professional Flooring Supply since January 2014, Andrew has successfully implemented impactful people strategies across various states and organizational levels, specializing in talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Previously, as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Flûte Bar & Lounge from May 2008 to January 2014, Andrew managed essential HR functions including recruitment, staff development, and performance management, supporting both domestic and international training initiatives. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from John Jay College (CUNY) and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College.
