Patrick Wilkens

Patrick Wilkens has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick served as the Vice President of Operations at Professional Group Plans since 2014, where they oversaw multiple departments and led complex analysis projects. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where they streamlined business processes and deployed best practices. Patrick also served as a Project Manager at the same company, providing guidance to the Sales and Marketing teams. Before that, Patrick worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at First Data Corporation, generating and implementing technical solutions for the Treasury group. Patrick also worked as a Sr. Technical Lead at Credit Suisse First Boston, providing support and technical advising for multiple departments.

Patrick Wilkens earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. After a break in their education, they pursued further studies at Hofstra University from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, General. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Patrick obtained a certification as a New York State Life Insurance Agent from the New York State Department of Financial Services in February 2019.
