Jim Kannengeiser currently serves as the Director of National Agency Partners at Hagerty, where responsibilities include leading sales, distribution, and strategic planning for national agency partners. Kannengeiser has extensive experience in sales and market development, having previously held roles such as Senior Market Development Manager and Commercial Manager for the Eastern US Region at Hagerty. Additional experience includes a position as Account Executive at Shoff Darby Insurance Agency, and various sales and management roles at Travelers, Farmers Insurance, National General Insurance, Foremost Insurance, AIG Agency Auto/21st Century, Townsend, Meyer & Associates, and Enterprise Rent A Car. Kannengeiser is also active in the insurance community as Treasurer and Director of the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals through PIA Northeast. Academic qualifications include a BA in Management and English from Gettysburg College and a high school diploma from Greenwich High School.
