Christen Scofield

Christen Scofield has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Christen is currently working as the Chief People & Administrative Officer at Panorama Insurance Associates. Previously, they served as a Director at CFO Systems, LLC, where they provided HR leadership and support for various organizations. Before that, they owned and worked as an HR Consultant & Wellness Coach at The Bright Side of Happy, LLC. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at First Data Corporation, including Vice President Human Resources, HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Consultant, where they managed various human capital management responsibilities for different organizational units.

Christen Scofield holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Bellevue University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their formal education, Christen has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include being a Certified Health & Life Coach, an Emergenetics Associate Facilitator from Emergenetics International, a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and a Coaching For Engagement Facilitator for "Love 'Em or Lose 'Em".
