Jason Martinez

Jason Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jason currently serves as the Director of Operations at Panorama Insurance Associates. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Marketing and Operations/Account Executive at SWACHA for a period of five years, where they successfully developed and implemented comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive revenue and membership initiatives. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations (Purchasing, Logistics, Service, Warehouse) at an undisclosed company, where they provided strategic vision and accountability for operational best practices. Jason also has experience as the Office Manager/Director of Agency Operations and Client Engagement at The Starr Conspiracy, where they managed overall operations and financial management for a marketing firm. Earlier in their career, they served as the Sr. Operations Manager for Math and Physics at Tarrant County College and as the Sr. Project Manager at Universal Cinema Services Inc, where they oversaw successful project completion.

Jason Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Texas, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tarrant County College. Prior to their college education, Jason completed their General Studies at Arlington High School from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Certification from PMI Dallas (Project Management Institute) in May 2015. In June 2014, they completed a Project Management Certification Course from CAREER ACADEMY. Additionally, they received an Agile certification from Agency Agile in January 2014 and a QuickBooks Certified User - Level 1 certification from Intuit in December 2011.
