Melody Confer

Melody Confer serves as the Member Engagement Specialist at Professional Photographers of America since September 2021, where responsibilities include curating member experiences for a base of over 35,000 members and enhancing membership value through various initiatives. Prior roles at PPA include Member Experience Coordinator and Marketing and Communications Intern, where engagement and content strategy were emphasized. Additional experience includes positions in digital marketing at Piedmont National and Ecolink, as well as a role in social media management for author Fiona Zedde. Melody's background also includes assisting students with career development at Oglethorpe University, canvassing for the Democratic Party of Georgia, and contributing as a writer for Odyssey. Melody holds a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Oglethorpe University.
