Quinton Douman

Quinton Douman currently serves as the Podcast Host for Leading Like a Boss Podcast since July 2023, and has held the position of Chief Learning Officer at PPS since January 2018. In addition, Quinton has been the President of Resolute Man - Africa since October 2017, focusing on solutions related to Diversity, Relationship Success, and Mental Health. Quinton's previous experience includes serving as the Head of People Development at Liberty Group South Africa from July 2000 to December 2012. Quinton is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town, with prior education that includes courses at MIT Sloan School of Management and Stanford University, as well as a PMD in Business Administration and Management from GIBS Business School.
