Nicole Ward

Nicole Ward has extensive experience in sports operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at the Professional Referee Organization since 2017, where responsibilities include leading teams to optimize operational goals and collaborating with stakeholders to implement initiatives. Previous roles include Managing Innovation and Operations at PRO, and various positions at the U.S. Soccer Federation, Major League Soccer, and United Soccer Leagues, where organizational, logistical, and analytical skills were applied to enhance officiating and event management. Nicole holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sport Management and Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Flagler College.
