Luis began their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M International University from 2007 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Following this, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. During their time at UTSA, they achieved the title of Engineer In Training (EIT) from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in June 2012.
