Luis Perez-Milicua P.e.

Luis Perez-Milicua, P.E. has been working as a Project Engineer at Leighton Group since June 2018. Prior to that, they held the same role at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) starting from June 2015.

Luis'sresponsibilities included compiling historical data into Excel, analyzing it, and implementing it into ArcGIS to create maps representing Texas Flood patterns.

Luis Perez-Milicua, P.E. completed their education at two different institutions. Luis began their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M International University from 2007 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Following this, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. During their time at UTSA, they achieved the title of Engineer In Training (EIT) from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in June 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Luis Perez-Milicua, P.E. became a licensed Professional Engineer in December 2016, according to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Subsequently, they obtained another Professional Engineer license from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in August 2018.
