Mitchell Manning

Mitchell Manning currently serves as a Grievance Counselor for the Professional Staff Congress/CUNY AFT Local #2334, where responsibilities include investigating and presenting grievances, negotiating settlements, and educating members about contractual rights. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant to Membership Director at Partners In Health, where Mitchell conducted COVID-19 contact tracing and led a team of 20, and Grievance Coordinator with the Graduate Employee Organization, focusing on contract enforcement and member training. Additional positions held include Financial Secretary at UAW Local 2322, Speaker at the Coalition of Student Employee Unions meeting, and various roles within the University of Massachusetts Amherst community, including Steward and Co-Chair for the Resident Assistant and Peer Mentor Union.
