Alyssa Dykstra

Alyssa Dykstra has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alyssa started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 1999 as a Human Resources professional. Alyssa then moved on to work at G&D Integrated as a Strategic Planning and 6 Sigma specialist from 2001 to 2005. Following that, Alyssa joined Perot Systems in 2005 as the eServ, Human Resource Manager, where they managed various HR functions such as employee relations, benefits, training, and retention. Alyssa was also actively involved in due diligence and integration activities during the acquisition of eServ by Perot Systems. In 2007, Alyssa became an Adjunct Faculty member at Illinois Central College, a role they held until 2018. From 2009 to 2018, they were a Human Resource Specialist at Professional Therapy Services, where they played a key role in managing HR operations. Currently, Alyssa is serving as the Director of People Operations at Professional Therapy Services, a position they have held since October 2018.
