Mette Bjerregaard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management, strategic advisory roles, and operational excellence across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success Management at Rasa since August 2022, Mette previously held multiple leadership positions at Tradeshift, including Director of Operational Excellence & Seller Enablement, where a focus on developing top talent was emphasized. Mette has also contributed as a Startup Mentor at University College Nordjylland since August 2020, engaging with entrepreneurship and business development initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Aalborg University and a PBA in Digital Concept Development.
