Jeff Kramer

Jeff Kramer has extensive work experience in various technology leadership roles. Jeff is currently the CTO and Head of Product at Proficient Health, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the Senior Vice President of the Product Group at Proficient Health from January 2020 to the present, and as the Chief Integration Officer from July 2019 to January 2020. Before joining Proficient Health, they worked as the CTO at MD Interconnect from February 2016 to July 2019. At MD Interconnect, Jeff oversaw the technology function for RapidConnect, a communication application for healthcare team members in a hospital network. Prior to MD Interconnect, Jeff worked as the CTO at MasterChannel from September 2014 to December 2015. During their time at MasterChannel, they rebuilt the software development team and supported major artist pre-sales. Jeff also served as the VP of Information Technology at Health Decisions from September 2013 to June 2014, where they improved communications and led the IT platform in support of agile clinical development. Jeff worked as a Consultant, Principal, and Software CTO at 8 Rivers Capital from February 2013 to August 2013, managing software and embedded development for a parking solution. Jeff also held leadership roles as the VP of Software Development at Consert from January 2011 to January 2013, the VP of Technology at Hosted Solutions from September 2009 to January 2011, the SVP of Engineering and Technology Operations at Lulu.com from April 2008 to August 2009, and the VP of Technology and the VP of Engineering and Operations at Motricity from December 2005 to April 2008 and May 2004 to November 2005, respectively. Jeff's career began at Pinpoint Networks, where they served as the VP of Engineering and Operations from December 2000 to April 2004. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated leadership and expertise in software development, technology management, and product innovation.

Jeff Kramer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from North Dakota State University.
