Nyi Linn Zaw

Nyi Linn Zaw has a diverse work experience in the field of security engineering and technical consulting. Nyi Linn began their career as a Network Engineer intern at SafeComs Network Security Consulting, where they gained valuable experience in monitoring and maintaining network systems. Their responsibilities included maintaining and backing up user endpoints, supporting email services, and setting up and maintaining LAN networks.

From there, Nyi Linn Zaw joined Myanmar Information Technology Pte Ltd as a Junior Technical Consultant before moving on to BIM Group of Companies. At BIM Group, they worked in various roles, starting as a Junior Security Engineer, then progressing to Associate Security Engineer, and finally becoming a Senior Security Engineer.

In 2022, Nyi Linn Zaw joined Ascend Money as a Senior Security Operation Engineer before ultimately moving to Proficio in 2023. At Proficio, they currently work as a Security Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Sentinel Service.

Nyi Linn Zaw's education history begins in 2004 when they attended TTC and obtained their high school degree, specializing in the matriculation exam. From 2016 to 2018, they studied at Info Myanmar College and obtained a HND Diploma in Computing, with a focus on computer science. In 2019, Nyi Linn Zaw enrolled in Coventry University and completed their BSc Informatics degree in Computer Science in 2020. Nyi Linn then returned to Coventry University in 2019 for further studies in Informatics, although the end year is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Nyi Linn Zaw has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they became a Microsoft Certified Trainer and obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification. In January 2021, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification. Furthermore, in May 2021, Nyi Linn Zaw achieved the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate certification, followed by the Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification in November 2021.
