Barak Routhenstein, JD, MBA has a strong background in corporate development and private equity. Barak is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Profile Products, where they are responsible for building M&A growth strategies, managing the pipeline and relationships, and overseeing post-close integrations. Prior to this, they held a similar role at BioIVT, leading the company's corporate development efforts and focusing on expanding their product portfolio and geographic reach.

Before joining BioIVT, Barak worked at Henry Schein, Inc. as a Management Associate in Corporate Business Development, where they played a key role in M&A transactions and developing and executing the strategic plan for Henry Schein Medical. Barak also has experience in private equity, having worked at Viscogliosi Bros., LLC, a family office healthcare private equity firm. In this role, they analyzed and managed diligence processes for new investment opportunities and exits.

Barak's passion for private equity and venture capital led him to establish the Private Equity & Venture Capital Club at Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business, where they served as the Founder and President. In this role, they focused on organizing competitions, providing education and mentorship to members, and promoting Baruch College as a destination for PE/VC recruitment.

Through their diverse work experience, Barak has developed a strong skill set in corporate development, M&A, strategic planning, and private equity. Barak is a results-driven professional who excels in building relationships, executing deals, and driving growth in competitive industries.

Barak Routhenstein, JD, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion & Sociology from Rutgers University from 2005 to 2010. Barak then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Tax, Corporate, and Securities from New York Law School from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Baruch College.
