Jim Lewandowski

Jim Lewandowski currently serves as the Director of Operations at Profile Products since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, including Site Manager, Operations Manager, and Engineering Manager from February 2018 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Engineer at Cintas from August 2016 to February 2018, and various engineering and supervisory roles at Johnson Matthey from November 2010 to July 2016, as well as a Quality Improvement Specialist position at UPMC in late 2010. Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
