Aracely Castro

Aracely Castro has a extensive work history in human resources, spanning over several organizations. Aracely began their career in 1984 at KEMET Electronics Corporation, where they worked in human resources for 16 years. From 2000 to 2007, they joined Trico Products as a Human Resources Training specialist. Aracely then moved on to Kidde, where they worked in human resources from 2007 to 2009. Aracely gained valuable experience in the field during their time at the U.S. Department of State, where they held a role in human resources from 2009 to 2013. Most recently, they worked at Profiles International as a Strategic Business Partner, assisting organizations in creating high-performing workforces through employee assessments and performance management solutions.

Aracely Castro earned a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad Autónoma del Noreste in Matamoros, Mexico. Aracely completed this degree from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Universidad Valle Del Bravo in Matamoros, Tamps.
