Nilgün Demir

Nilgün Demir is the Supply Chain Practice Leader Europe at Profit Point. Nilgün has over 25 years of experience in the supply chain management field.

Demir began their career at Dow in September 2014 as a Project Lead Implementation. In this role, they were responsible for leading, identifying, assessing, and optimizing the work process and systems in the demand planning to fulfill (DP2F), to support C&M business strategy.

During their time at Dow, Demir was also responsible for applying supply chain and IT most effective technology (MET) and best practices during business projects, being the Subject Matter Expert in the areas of project management, ISC work process and tools and MET, and managing cross-functional projects and relationships.

In September 2019, Demir left Dow to become the Supply Chain Practice Leader Europe at Profit Point. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s supply chain practice in Europe and providing consulting services to clients on supply chain management issues.

Nilgün Demir has a Master of Business Administration from Maltepe University and a Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Transportation and Logistics Management from Istanbul University.
