Phil Jarrell

Phil Jarrell is an experienced consultant currently with Profit Resources, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions, including Sr. Account Executive at Visa from 2017 to 2022, and Managing Director - Group Debit Product Manager at Union Bank from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included product ownership and managing a multimillion-dollar outsourcing project. Phil's earlier experience includes roles as SVP-Senior Product Manager and VP - Six Sigma Black Belt at Bank of America, and Quality Manager at BASF Plastics. Additionally, Phil served as Growth, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Leader at Honeywell. Phil holds an MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
