Emba Paweł Grześk

Paweł Grześk, eMBA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Paweł currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Profitroom, where they are responsible for all finance-related topics and leads the Accounting and Controlling teams. Prior to this role, Paweł worked as the Head of Finance at Profitroom and as a Finance Manager at Naspers Limited, where they ensured financial governance and accurate reporting to the group. Paweł also worked as a Senior Controller at MAN Accounting Center, where they improved processes in the SSC, and as a Controlling Assistant at NIVEA Polska, where they managed marketing budgets and collaborated with the PR and marketing department. Paweł began their career as a Trainee at Bank Zachodni WBK, where they focused on financial analysis and modeling.

Paweł Grześk, eMBA, began their education in 2003 at Poznan University of Economics And Business, where they obtained their MSc degree in Management in 2008. In 2007, they briefly studied at Jyvaskylan University of Applied Sciences, earning a High Tech Diploma in International Business. In 2011, Paweł pursued a Post Graduate program in Management Accounting at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu. Paweł later went on to complete an Executive MBA program in English, done in cooperation with the University of Quebec in Montreal, at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they also attended the Canadian Executive MBA program at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of business administration.
