Kathy Timmins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Kathy Timmins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at ProfitSolv since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Software Technology, LLC starting from January 2019. Kathy also has experience as an HR/Office Administrator at Software Technology, Inc. since January 2005. Before joining Software Technology, they worked at Mutual of Omaha from 1994 to 1999, where they served as the Human Resources Program Manager/Lead, handling recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compensation functions. Prior to that, Kathy held the position of Director of Lease Administration and HR Management at Dial Companies Corp. from 1988 to 1994, overseeing lease administration and implementing HR functions. Their earliest work experience was as a Right of Way Agent at Upland Industries from February 1980 to May 1988.

Kathy Timmins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the College of St. Mary's from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued general education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1979 to 1980. In addition to their educational background, Kathy Timmins obtained certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2017 for SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) in 2019 for the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designation.
