Nikki Shea

Nikki Shea has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki is currently working as a Sales Operations Manager at ProfitSolv, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Capacity from February 2022 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for delivering reliable reporting, improving sales efficiency, and assisting the sales leadership team in defining key performance indicators.

Before joining Capacity, Nikki worked as the Director of Operations at Institutional Life Services from August 2018 to February 2020.
