Melvin Gruesbeck

Melvin Gruesbeck began their work experience in 2009 as an Architectural Photographer at Adrian Gregorutti, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined ZD Wines as a Marketing Assistant, staying with the company until 2013. That same year, they co-founded Nixie Agency, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined MetaMind (acquired by Salesforce) as a Designer Who Codes, and later transitioned to Salesforce in the same role. Melvin worked at Salesforce until 2021. In November 2022, they became the Head of Operations at Profluent Bio.

Melvin Gruesbeck holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations & Journalism from Pacific Union College. Melvin also obtained an Associate's Degree in Photography from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Melvin has acquired certifications in AIARE 1 from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education, P-2 from the United States Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association, Inc., Rescue Diver from PADI, and Traditional Hunter Education from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
