Jenny joins ProFocus having specialized in HR and recruiting in Utah for the past several years. As the People and Culture Rep at ProFocus, Jenny will oversee the internal hiring and diversity efforts, as her talents lie in creating inclusive spaces and building efficient systems and processes. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and promoting DEI strategies and multi-year roadmaps that are tied into both the employee experience and the recruiting process.
