She is very proud to have grown professionally and personally as a member of Donna Dastoli’s sales team for well over 20 years, describing Donna as her most inspirational role model and mentor.

Sylvia’s work ethic, dedication, enthusiasm, and passion to exceed client expectations blends in beautifully with PMA’s work culture. Her ability to anticipate what is needed and find solutions is seamless as she juggles multiple projects a day.

Her smile can definitely be felt though the phone line with a upbeat personality often being a bright spot in the work day for both clients and teammates. She makes everyone around her feel comfortable and is always available to lend a hand or brighten someone’s day.
