Brian May

Brian May currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Profound Logic, overseeing product management for the Profound API and other tools. Additionally, Brian holds the position of President at the COMMON EDUCATION FOUNDATION and contributes as a Board Member. With a long-standing career in technical writing, Brian has been a freelance technical writer since 2008, focusing on software development and application modernization. As an award-winning speaker, Brian shares expertise on RPG, PHP, and Open Source Software at various events, and has also been involved in community initiatives through roles such as Coordinator and Webmaster for Young i Professionals and Community and Networking Manager for COMMON A Users Group. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Editor for Penton Media and managing IT projects at Garan. Brian holds an Associate's degree in Business Information Systems from East Mississippi Community College and has educational background from Mississippi State University and Olive Branch High School.
