General Accountability:

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting and growing TULSA-Pro utilization and awareness in existing hospitals/imaging center accounts within the assigned geography. This requires a high-level ability to build a team of administration, physician, and staff champions, strong solution-selling skills, and grit to ensure objectives are met on a consistent basis. Account Managers are expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information and present it to physicians, administrators, & buying teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate market awareness and drive utilization of TULSA-Pro within an assigned sales territory.

  • Participate in the complex sales process into new hospitals, HW, SW, and service upgrades and additional systems into existing hospitals.

  • Build clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement support.

  • Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the account management team to drive procedural volume and growth.

  • Initiate contact with C suite and senior hospital administrators.

  • Make business case for system approval and purchase by developing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering an impactful value proposition.

Education and Certification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience preference for experience in healthcare or capital sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales

  • Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and problem solver who can think critically

  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, dependent upon account distribution
