Swati Agarwal

Swati Agarwal has extensive work experience in risk management and corporate banking. Swati currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Progcap since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HSBC Bank for twelve years, holding the position of Head of Corporate Banking Risk from September 2010 to July 2022. Swati also worked at GE Capital as an Assistant Vice President from July 2003 to September 2010.

Swati Agarwal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) at Sri Ram College of Commerce from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Economic, Accounts, and Tax. Swati completed their secondary education at Carmel Convent School in New Delhi from 1991 to 1999.
