Leo Rosario has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, starting in 1984 as a Fabric Coordinator at Calvin Klein. From 1989 to 1992, Leo worked as the Head of Production at Street Life. Leo then moved on to work as Fabric Research + Development at Isaac Mizrahi from 1992 to 1995, and as Director of Fabric Research + Development at Nicole Miller from 1995 to 1998. Leo then joined the Hartmarx Corporation as Director of Fabric Research + Development from 2000 to 2002. After that, they founded their own consulting agency, Sabor Inc., which served various fashion industry clients such as Ralph Lauren and Gap from 2002 to 2006. Leo then worked as the Director of Production at Zero + Maria Cornejo from 2006 to 2012. Following this, they served as an Instructor at the Academy of Art University from 2013 to 2015. Leo then co-founded and worked as the Principal of Vida3, a fashion development and marketing agency, from 2013 to 2020. Currently, Leo holds the position of Operations + Social Impact Manager at Progeny Coffee since March 2020.
