John Thornton

John Thornton is a Senior Program Manager and Systems Engineer with experience in marine vehicle and undersea sensor systems. John has worked at Progeny Systems since January 2004, managing projects such as the Underwater Gateway Vehicle and Advanced Submarine Control using Precision Propulsion. Prior to this, John was a Program Manager at PEO Littoral and Mine Warfare from 2001 to 2003, where John oversaw the development of the Advanced Deployable System. From 1989 to 2000, John worked at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer, focusing on systems like Advanced Deployable System and Fixed Distributed System.
