Bat-Ochir Munkhbat

Bat-Ochir Munkhbat is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as HR and Admin Lead at Progesys Inc since June 2024. As the Founder of Bright Management Service Mongolia LLC since January 2020, Bat-Ochir has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Specialist at MCS International LLC and HR Manager at GCR Mongolia, among others. Bat-Ochir's career began in customer service, with positions such as Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's and Front Desk Receptionist at Dun Urgoo LLC. Academically, Bat-Ochir holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from MUST, and is pursuing multiple Master's degrees in Business Administration from BAU International University and the University of South Los Angeles.
