Vasily Birulin

Vasily Birulin has had a diverse work experience over the years. Vasily is currently working as the Vice President of International Business Development at SIP3, where they focus on expanding the international business and building the partner network for SIP3.io. Prior to that, they owned their own consultancy firm called VB Consult, where they served as the Business Owner and Principal Consultant.

Vasily also co-founded PROGKIDS, where they worked as a Technology and Business Development Advisor. Vasily was responsible for advising and guiding the company's technology and business development strategies.

Before that, they worked at AB Handshake Corporation as the Managing Director. In this role, they established sales, customer onboarding, and support operations for the company. Vasily also played a key role in acquiring live customers for a global call validation platform and expanding the product portfolio to capture additional market segments. Additionally, they managed day-to-day company commercial and admin operations and supervised cross-functional links within the organization.

Vasily has also worked at floLIVE, where they held the positions of VP Sales and Sales Director EMEA for IoT Global Connectivity. Vasily was responsible for driving sales and business development in these roles.

Prior to that, Vasily held various positions at VEON, including CCO and Director Group Interconnect & Data Commerce and Operations. In these roles, they had P&L responsibility for the group's international voice and data business and successfully built a high-performing team.

Earlier in their career, Vasily worked at Beeline Russia, where they held several department head positions and played a crucial role in the development and implementation of multimedia and convergence technologies.

Vasily also gained experience in software development and engineering roles at companies like Inversion and the Measuring Equipment Development Institute.

Vasily Birulin attended Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 1995 to 2005. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and engaged in post-graduate research in the field of IT&Telecommunications/Engineering. In 2004 to 2005, Vasily also participated in a business training program at Beeline University, specializing in an internal corporate MBA program. In addition to their formal education, Vasily obtained the CCNA and CCNP certifications from Cisco in March 2001.
