Balhar Dosangh

Balhar Dosangh has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Balhar began their career as a Network Operations Centre Technician at Look Communications in 2003. From there, they progressed to roles at BlackBerry and ADP before moving to SOTI Inc. where they held various positions including Technical Account Manager, Manager of Worldwide Sales, and Director of Strategic Alliances. Following their time at SOTI Inc., Balhar worked as the Director of Strategic Alliances at VMware, focusing on managing partnerships with OEM partners. Balhar'smost recent role was as a Senior Business Consultant at ZeroSecond Technology Ltd. before joining ProGlove as the Solutions Architect Team Lead in 2019. Throughout their career, Balhar has built and managed critical partner relationships, led international sales teams, and streamlined processes for product improvement and sales strategies.

Balhar Dosangh earned a Diploma in Computer Programming/Network Technology from Humber College from 1999 to 2002.
