Nithya S Mudaliar has had a varied and extensive career in clinical research and biotechnology. Nithya S began their career in 2013 as a Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University, where they were responsible for instructing and co-supervising lab classes, as well as analyzing DNA samples on an Applied Biosciences Genetic Analyzer. In 2015, they moved to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as a Research Associate, where they determined the trend of gene expression of Acinetobacter baumanii/Pseudomonas aeruginosa in whole blood of human burn/trauma victims, proved the efficacy of serum therapy in burn septicemia, and visualized microbial infections caused by Staphaloccocus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In 2018, they became a Clinical Research Coordinator II at HonorHealth, where they provided data management project support for multidisciplinary clinical research, including patient screening for study eligibility, obtaining informed consent and subject registration, and collecting, verifying, organizing, and recording clinical information and data in case report forms. In 2019, they moved to Caris Life Sciences as a Clinical Research Associate, where they managed all clinical sites in accordance with the FDA, GCP, and ICH guidelines, as well as internal and external SOPs, and reviewed and queried clinical data. Most recently, in 2021, they joined PrognomiQ Inc as a Clinical Research Associate III/Sr. Clinical Research Associate.

Nithya S Mudaliar completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University between 2007 and 2011. After that, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Texas Tech University, which they completed in 2014.
