Stéphane Wilzius

Stéphane Wilzius is an experienced leader in clinical operations, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operations at Santhera Pharmaceuticals since 2025. Prior roles include Sr. Director of International Clinical Operations at Exact Sciences from 2022 to 2024, and Head of Hematology and Cell Therapy Late Stage Clinical Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2020 to 2022. Stéphane has a diverse background in clinical management spanning over two decades, with significant positions at Celgene, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Roche, Alexion International, Orphan Europe, and Guerbet. Stéphane holds an MSc in Clinical Research and Development and another MSc in Clinical Data Management from the University of Montpellier.
